Delivery term and conditions.
Deliveries of articles, our production, are made within 5 days.
A large part of the assortment is kept in stock. Ordered item can be shipped next day,
immediately after receiving and processing the order.
Our team of specialists strive to satisfy all the wishes of our customers by producing over 4000 types of items.
Due to partial depletion, sometimes production of the same has to be done, which takes additional time.
We apologize in advance if the delivery time has to be extended to 10 days.
Due to the large assortment we aim to offer and the import of fabrics, prints are often substituted on the items we offer.
Sometimes a priority order can be sent to a customer, but it is necessary to notify the Eviza team in the chat system or by email evizabg@abv.bg
Priority deliveries are those that are dispatched within the same day or the next day after the order is accepted.
The price for delivery of an order sent by us within one day is BGN 16.90.
Delivery within two days of receiving the order costs BGN 14.90.

Do you have any stores where your designs can be seen?
Most of our items can be tried on in the stores in Stara Zagora:

Do you make the items in other colors or sizes?
We have over 400 types of assortment of types of fabrics and colors, which are our own imports.
We can follow different wishes of customers, according to stock, material and model specifics.
How is the order delivered?
All products from the Eviza online store are delivered by courier companies Speedy and In time to the address you specified or their office.
When will the order arrive?
After making the selection and filling in all the data correctly, the customer receives an automatic order confirmation email.
The status will be changed and sent again to the email, after submitting the courier, immediately after the order is fulfilled.
How is an order confirmed?
After finalizing the order, the customer receives an automatic confirmation email.
What is the shipping cost?
The value of the delivery is BGN 7.60 fixed price to any point in Bulgaria.
Deliveries are made outside the country to certain countries. For information about the price and conditions, you can write to e-mail evizabg@abv.bg
What is the delivery time?
Standard delivery takes place within 3 to 6 working days after placing the order.
If the order is specific, the delivery time is up to 10 days.
For certain orders, in the absence of an item, the deadline can be extended after prior agreement with the customer.
How does the payment work?
We offer different payment methods according to the wishes of our customers. You can make a payment in the following ways:
Cash on delivery upon delivery by Speedy or Intime courier.

How can I return or exchange a product?
To exchange an item or return it, send an inquiry to e-mail evizabg@abv.bg. For your convenience, we will send you the steps you need to follow.
To return an item, you need to fill in the Return Product form, which can be found at the bottom of the black box on each page.
When returning, all components of the original shipment from “Eviza BG” must be returned:
· the delivered product, back with
· a gift from the “Eviza BG” store – depending on the value of the order
· the documents included in the shipment – the receipt is necessary to determine the value of the amount that should be refunded to you.
Items of size 2XL and larger, as well as customer specific requests such as color change, length, etc. are not subject to return, only exchange.
Items made according to the customer’s parameters, in case of exchange or when ordering, have an additional payment, which depends on the model and the customer’s wishes.
How soon can I exchange a model?
The term for return and exchange is 14 days from receipt of the order.
This period can be extended, after prior arrangement with our team for the purpose of convenience and customer satisfaction.
Can I return a swimsuit?
The swimsuits are from the underwear category and cannot be returned.
